LED direct replacement for 400watt High Pressure Sodium lamp. Works with magnetic ballasts only and must be in a dry environment and open type fixture to allow for air flow. 5000k, 80 CRI, delivers 25,500 lumens when used with a 400w magnetic ballast. Because it is ballast compatible only, it will work regardless of the supply voltage.  No rewiring is required and it's as simple as changing a light bulb to install.  Is your lease almost up?
